Brussels Sprouts

Brussels Sprouts with Crispy Bacon


1kg Sprouts (trimmed and cut in half through the root)

100g Streaky Bacon (chopped)

1 Onion (finely chopped)

1 tbsp Chopped Rosemary

Ingredients

  1. Place the bacon in a large frying pan and allow to cook gently for about 10 minutes until golden and crisp. Add the onion and rosemary and cook until golden.

  2. Bring a pan of water to a rolling boil with salt added. Cook the sprouts for about 5 minutes or until just cooked, drain and toss into the bacon mixture  and cook for a minute. Serve.
