Glazed Chicken

Gochugang Glazed Rockvale Chicken with Sesame and Scallions


Ingredients

1 pack Rockvale Chicken Drumsticks & Thighs

1 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Gochugung Paste

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

1tbsp Tamari Sauce

1tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

2 tsps Black Season Seeds

4 Finely Chopped Scallions

Salt to Taste

Method

  1. Rub the oil over the chicken and season with salt. Place on the grill and cook for 5 minutes each side.

  2. Whisk the gochugang with the maple syrup, tamari and vinegar and brush over the chicken. Cook the chicken covered for another half hour, brushing frequently. Check chicken is cooked – 75oc with a probe.

  3. Mix the sesame seeds and sprinkle over the chicken with the scallions.
